Douglas (Paul) Gagnon

I moved into online learning design and training at the birth of the Internet. I work extensively with Tertiary Educators in the design, development and implementation of Blended Learning models. My research interests include Cognitive Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience, especially insofar as they shape our understanding of neural plasticity, multi-tasking and and development of emotion based online pedagogical agents. In my free time, I am a Poet, Playwright, Novelist, Artist.
